Key Responsibilities Financial Management - Oversee day-to-day financial operations of your own portfolio of condominium properties.

- Work with the accounts payable and receivable department if issues arise.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments for capital projects. Budgeting and Forecasting - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets for each property.
- Monitor budget performance and report variances to management.

Financial

Reporting - Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of audits and tax filings.



Communication and Collaboration - Collaborate with property managers, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Communicate financial information effectively to board members as needed.
- Participate in meetings and provide financial guidance to property managers as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting condominium finances.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills - Undergraduate degree or diploma in accounting

- 2 years' experience in accounting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Solid organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
