We are a locally owned essential service business with job security!

Looking to fill our part time position Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am - 5pm with the availability to pick up extra hours due to illness or vacation time.

Responsibilities:
Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken required
Manage front desk, respond to rent inquiries, rent storage units, present lease

agreements, and collect rental payments by phone, email and in person
Balancing POS machine and cash transaction totals daily
Maintain property appearance by cleaning facility and grounds daily




Perform daily inspections of site and storage units to ensure units are clean and

properly secured
Part of the call list for after hours alarm calls (after probation period)

Please note that applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada

A Explicit Criminal Record Check and Employment Background Check will be required after the interview and before being hired.
