Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender / Cook/Waitress to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests,using deep fryers and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Must have Proserve and Reel Facts must be 18 years of age and beable to multi task and get along with co workers.You will play a key role in creating a memorable guest experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and offering recommendations.
Prepping /cooking in deep fryers / bbq.
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
Ensure all drinks are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
Restock supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other bar essentials.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.




Follow food safety protocols during food handling and preparation when applicable.
Assist in opening or closing duties as assigned by management.

RequirementsWill train if no exprience in food service or restaurant environment preferred; hospitality or guest services background is a plus.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
Good time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, or holidays as needed in the hospitality industry.
