Job Title: Outside Sales Representative (Hunter) – Cable Assemblies

About Us:
We are an established supplier of high-quality cable assemblies with deep roots in the telecommunications industry. Building on that foundation, we are actively expanding into recent markets including industrial automation, OEM manufacturing, and electronics. We are looking for a driven sales professional to help lead that expansion.

The Opportunity:
We’re hiring a true hunter — someone who can break into current industries, open doors, and win business. While we bring strong telecom experience and credibility, this role is focused on growing beyond it. You’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint into new verticals.

What You’ll Do:
Prospect aggressively to develop new business in non-telecom sectors (industrial, OEM, electronics, etc.)
Leverage your existing relationships and network to generate immediate opportunities
Identify and close new accounts, with a focus on long-term growth
Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and solution-based selling
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from the ground up




Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored cable assembly solutions
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Must-Have Requirements:
Proven outside sales success in cable assemblies, wire harnesses, or related industries
Established network and customer relationships outside of telecommunications
Demonstrated ability to break into new markets and win recent business
Solid “hunter” mentality with a track record of closing deals
Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly competitive
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Compensation:
Base salary + uncapped commission

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
