We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Flatbed Dispatcher to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating freight shipments, managing transport requirements.

This position offers an engaging opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute significantly to our logistics operations while developing their expertise in freight management.

Responsibilities:
Dispatch flatbed trucks efficiently across Canada and the USA.
Plan and coordinate loads to maximize driver productivity and profitability.
Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Track shipments and provide regular updates.
Resolve any issues related to scheduling, delays, or customer service.
Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Flatbed Dispatcher.
Robust knowledge of the trucking and transportation industry.




Proficiency with dispatch and load board software, including Xpert Dispatch, Loadlink, and DAT Load Board.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple loads simultaneously.
Knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations is an asset.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
