Duties
Assist with site preparation, including clearing , organizing materials, and setting up work areas
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
Perform basic construction tasks such as mixing concrete, digging trenches, or assisting with framing under supervision
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite to promote safety and productivity
Follow safety protocols at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials,



or performing other supportive tasks
Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance

Qualifications
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Positive communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction workplace
Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Reliable transportation to worksites is preferred

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
