Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track development engineering projects and agreements
Maintain accurate records using GIS and Cloudpermit




Review submissions and lot grading plans for compliance
Prepare reports and attend relevant meetings
Conduct inspections of municipal and private infrastructure

Requirements:
3-year diploma or degree in civil engineering or related
4 years of experience in development engineering
Knowledge of municipal servicing and construction practices
Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) designation is preferred
Explicit Driver’s Abstract and Criminal Background Check required
