Ethereal Lounge is a vibrant dining and entertainment destination known for exceptional hospitality, premium food and beverages, live events, and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for energetic, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Server/Bartenders.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests in a friendly and qualified manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and serve and non-alcoholic beverages, coffee & more according to company standards.
Recommend menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
Process payments using the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, bar area, and service stations.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking, cleaning,



and inventory replenishment.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service.
Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive guest experiences.

Qualifications
Previous serving, bartending, or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and robust work ethic.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
