In this role, you’ll guide customers through the car-buying process, build lasting relationships, and represent a trusted local brand known for honesty and exceptional service.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and financing options
Negotiate pricing and close sales in a professional manner
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on inventory and promotions




Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Skills
Previous automotive or retail sales experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong motivation to achieve goals and earn commission
Basic computer skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
