Additionally, supervising PTAs and educating the team will be crucial as you work towards improving residents' physical and emotional well-being in a long-term care facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and establish treatment goals




Provide essential physiotherapy treatments to residents
Educate families on healthcare management
Maintain accurate documentation of treatments
Oversee and instruct PTAs and interns

Requirements:
Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario required
Qualified License Insurance necessary
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred experience in retirement home settings
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
