As a Quality Care Manager, report to the Director of Care or Director of Health and Wellness. Your main responsibility will be to ensure high-quality resident care by effectively managing nursing teams and health practices within regulatory frameworks.

You will work collaboratively to promote resident satisfaction and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement resident satisfaction and quality improvement initiatives
Guide nursing staff in care assessment and planning
Facilitate hiring, scheduling, and staff performance management




Address care-related issues with residents and advocates
Lead staff education and development initiatives

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years in geriatrics or long-term care supervision
Registered nurse with valid licensing or eligibility
Experience in a multi-unionized health workplace
Solid communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of nursing practices and legislation
