Climb to current heights with your campers this summer! Teach and lead campers to develop their climbing skills in our extensive climbing gym and offsite at nearby crags.

Experience:
At least one year of staff or Proságo experience
Must be a certified Medeba Climbing Instructor, a certified Medeba Ropes Course Instructor, and a certified Medeba Belayer or equivalent.
Positive communication and organizational skills
An aptitude for teaching.

Duties include:
Responsible for indoor and outdoor climbing walls, ice climbing wall, and climbing clubs
Initiate, implement and lead an productive, quality and safety conscious climbing program, in accordance with the ACCT Standards and Medeba's Risk Management Manual
Provide expertise, experience and skills specific to the operation of climbing areas both on and off-site
Evening program support
Member of the Program Team.
Must be able to work well with others and lead by example

Age Requirement: 19 years old
Honorarium: starts at $220/week
Length: 10 weeks
