Your role will involve translating sophisticated requirements into manufacturable designs, engaging in materials selection, and improving product performance through rigorous testing and process optimization. Collaboration across engineering disciplines is key to your success.Key Responsibilities:
Direct design for unit cell and stack components
Optimize manufacturing methods in assembly processes
Manage supplier relations during development phases
Execute performance testing for components
Lead design reviews and improvement initiativesRequirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in product development
Advanced CAD skills, specific to Onshape/SolidWorks
Hands-on prototyping and testing expertise
