Capital Pressure AB Ltd.is currently seeking a Journeyman Mechanic to be based out of our shop in Sundre, Alberta. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team.

Capital Pressure is a family owned business which has been based out of Sundre since 2005. We service the oilfield and local industries. Our fleet includes water trucks, vac trucks, pressure trucks, tractor trailers, trailers as well as a fleet of service trucks. Our mechanics must ensure that all company equipment is maintained in excellent working condition by inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and servicing the fleet, both in the shop and occasionally in the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Lubricate, service, diagnose, repair, assemble and maintain vehicles and trailers, and perform other routine preventative maintenance work;
Complete and maintain maintenance documentation, including clear and concise work orders and inspections;
Ability to repair mechanical components using established processes;
Perform road tests;
Complete detailed, clear, and concise work orders;




Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing workplace;
Ability to pass Fit for Duty and Drug & Alcohol Testing;
Overtime and shift work, as necessary;
Maintain shop in a clean, secure, and environmentally sound manner;

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL
Journeyman Heavy Duty Equipment Certification (preferred) or;
3rd/4th Year Apprentice:
3 - 5 years industry experience would be an asset;
Valid Class 1 Driver's license is preferred;
Safe driving skills; driver’s abstract will be requested;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Skilled in problem-solving techniques.

WAGES
Negotiable based on experience.
