CellScale is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and enhance our customers' experience with our cutting-edge biomaterials testing products. This role involves close collaboration with customers, international distributors, and our internal hardware and software teams to achieve customer-defined product performance goals. The ideal candidate will be an engineering graduate with excellent problem-solving abilities and solid communication skills.
Duties will include:
Assisting new customers with equipment setup, training, and application-specific product configuration.
Advising existing customers on testing methodologies to achieve their research objectives.
Responding to customer support requests and facilitating repairs, upgrades, and modifications to their systems.
Developing custom fixtures to meet unique customer requirements.
Editing and enhancing customer training videos and user documentation.
Collaborating with the manufacturing team on engineering projects to enhance product hardware and software.
Supporting the sales team by creating customization proposals for current customer applications and ensuring successful manufacturing and implementation of these solutions.
Requirements:
University engineering degree,
preferably in mechanical or biomedical engineering
Familiarity with physical product manufacturing and assembly
Experience with component specification and sourcing
Familiarity with software development concepts and testing
Knowledgeable about materials testing and characterization
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
This position will require an individual who is self-motivated and ready to take on a range of duties.
CellScale Biomaterials Testing manufactures research equipment to measure the mechanical properties of biomaterials. Our company works with academic and commercial research groups in over 30 countries. Our testing equipment is crucial in the fast-evolving fields of health technologies and regenerative medicine. CellScale is anticipating energetic growth in the coming years.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
