Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine roofing specifications and materials needed.
Install roofing materials such as shingles, metal panels, tiles, or membranes using hand tools and power tools with precision.
Repair or replace damaged roofing components, including flashing, vents, and gutters, ensuring waterproof integrity.
Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks like lifting heavy materials or performing roof inspections on high structures.
Apply caulking and sealants to joints and seams to prevent leaks and enhance durability.
Assist with other construction tasks such as carpentry, masonry,



or concrete finishing when required to support project needs.
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal; adhere strictly to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications
Proven experience in roofing installation or repair within the construction industry.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to roofing tasks.
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices for roofing projects.
Skills in related trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work or concrete finishing are advantageous.
Solid physical stamina with the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills for team collaboration.

Pay: $21.89-$28.00 per hour
