Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive high-quality meals in a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly.
Ensure all kitchen areas are kept clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Handle food safely and responsibly, following all food handling guidelines.
Support serving staff as needed during busy periods,



contributing to a positive dining experience for guests.

Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods is beneficial.
Robust cleaning skills with an emphasis on maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen environment.
Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, showcasing an understanding of customer service principles.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
