Overview
We are seeking a skilled Finish Skidsteer Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment and possess a strong understanding of construction site requirements. This role involves accurate finishing work using skidsteers and other heavy machinery to ensure project quality and safety. Candidates should be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Duties
Operate skidsteers with precision for finishing tasks on construction sites
Perform mechanical inspections and basic maintenance on heavy equipment to ensure optimal operation
Coordinate with team members to complete grading and site preparation tasks
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations
Maintain equipment logs and report any issues or repairs needed promptly
Support the setup and breakdown of job sites, including loading and unloading materials

Experience
Proven experience operating CAT skidsteers




Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and the operation of Caterpillar equipment is a plus
Prior experience in construction or heavy civil projects preferred
Ability to work safely in a agile environment while adhering to project timelines
Knowledge of horizontal drilling techniques is advantageous but not required
Need to have an Air TIcket or Class 3 license, with the ability to drive truck and trailer

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
