Duties
Design and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance players’ technical skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship
Lead practice sessions, drills, and conditioning exercises to prepare athletes for competitions
Develop game strategies, analyze performance, and provide constructive feedback to improve team outcomes
Foster a positive, inclusive workplace that promotes respect, discipline, and enthusiasm for volleyball
Monitor player safety during practices and matches, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols
Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules, events, and team activities




Promote the importance of physical fitness by integrating swimming-related activities when appropriate to support overall athletic development

Experience
Proven experience coaching volleyball at various levels, from youth to competitive teams
Strong background in teaching volleyball techniques, tactics, and rules
Ability to motivate athletes and cultivate a team-oriented mindset
Knowledge of swimming or aquatic activities is a plus for cross-training purposes
Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct players and engage with parents or guardians
Prior experience in sports safety protocols and injury prevention strategies is desirable
