This role is with a custom kitchen and cabinetry design company. The role is with the high-end custom home department. You will be dealing with luxury clients, designing and project managing custom design and installation of kitchens, closets, millwork and cabinetry.
work with client to understand their needs and wants for their custom home kitchen and other cabinetry design plans
work with company products, fixture and modules to come up with custom layout and design plans
visit sites to measure and assess space you will be working with. visit sites during installation to ensure quality
work with AutoCAD daily to design and detail the project
create construction details for installation
use knowledge and understanding of millwork and cabinetry installation in order to solve technical challenges, create design within technical constraints
manage client interactions throughout process, customer service component




keep track of pricing and product quotes, manage accounting and invoicing for your projects
manage up to 25 individual projects in one year

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Millwork experience mandatory
3+ years of AutoCAD experience related to architectural design, must understand construction and details of how walls are put together, building code requirements etc
ability to communicate clearly with customers and provide robust customer service
understanding of residential kitchen and home design
experience with Adobe creative suite, Microsoft office, specifically excel
MUST HAVE A VALID ONTARIO DRIVERS LICENSE (Company Vehicles are provided for site visits)
