Job Responsibilities
All shifts - flex hours on the weekends - please specify which shift when applying
Sr position - must have exp setting up progressive stamping dies
Setup and operate automated stamping punch presses
Ensure hourly production qty's and efficiencies are met
Inspect parts during production
Follow and update press set up sheets
Prepare the press for the die by ensuring the working area is clean and all unnecessary items are removed
Able to drive a lift truck to load tools - lift truck lic mandatory
Adjust setup based on material guage
Follow First-off and Last-off procedures by taking the first and last parts off the press to Quality Assurance for inspection/approval.
Supply Last-off progressive strip and two Last-off parts on tool when finished production run
Ensure all parts are identified correctly and information on labels is correct and legible
Assist with coil changes

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Experience:
Machine Operator: 3 years (required)
