Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard
Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest

Responsibilities & Duties:
Dusting, sweeping, mopping,



and vacuuming guest rooms, bath rooms, lobby, and hallways
Basic Maintenance of equipment and items on property
Removing rubbish and recycling daily
Notifying Management of need for repairs
Responding to guest queries and requests
Maintaining and cleaning pool, hot tub and surrounding area
Snow & leaf removal, as well as other landscaping responsibilities
Set up and tear down meetings and events, cleaning and returning equipment to its proper location.
Assisting with cleaning and maintenance of all conference areas
Uphold the highest level of customer service
Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards guests and staff.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Follow Health and Safety practices at all times.
Complete all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Effective communication skills
Able to stand, squat, kneel, walk etc., for extended periods of time
Tolerance for chemical cleaning products
Able to lift, push, carry and pull 50-100 Lbs

Able to life above objects up stairs at least 50 pounds
