Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook / Chef De Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

DUTIES
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring food items.
Assist in cooking menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
Responsible for setting up and running your own line
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage areas.
Work with teammates in skilled and collaborative manner
Bring unique concepts to try for new items
Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages.
Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes, specials, and team performance.Experience

EXPERIENCE




Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
Experience in meal preparation or cooking in a restaurant setting is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.
