What You Bring to the Crew:
Solid mechanical background (especially diesel—big win)
Experience as a diesel/heavy-equipment tech, marine mechanic, industrial mechanic, or similar
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, engine, and electrical issues
Working knowledge of A/C and D/C electrical systems
Field service or customer-facing experience is a big plus
Solid communication, reliability, and pride in workmanship

Your Day-to-Day:
Maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on commercial and institutional generators
Diagnosing issues on diesel & natural-gas gensets
Testing and verifying electrical components
Writing up service reports—transparent, accurate, professional
Working directly with customers, representing the company on-site
Pitching in with other service work when needed
