Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
Review prescriptions for appropriateness, dosage, interactions, and allergies, ensuring patient safety.
Provide expert consultation to healthcare providers regarding medication selection, dosing, and potential side effects.
Educate patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and storage instructions to support adherence and safety.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of medication dispensing and patient interactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
Monitor patient responses to medications and collaborate with medical teams to adjust treatment plans as necessary.




Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to pharmacy operations.
Stay current with advancements in pharmacology, hospital protocols, and regulatory guidelines to maintain high standards of practice.

Requirements
Valid pharmacist license in the state of practice.
Prior experience working in a hospital or acute care setting is highly preferred.
Knowledge of pediatric medication management and patient care practices is advantageous.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and medication administration procedures.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient education.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Commitment to providing compassionate patient care with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Pay: $49.00-$50.00 per hour
