Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Route Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, stocking and merchandising snacks and bread products to a variety of retail customers, including convenience stores, dollar stores, and many others across the Niagara region using a delivery truck.

Your day will involve managing inventory, building store orders, and ensuring that products are fresh, well-stocked, and properly displayed on shelves. You will also play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and upselling techniques.

Responsibilities
Deliver products to assigned customers in a timely and productive manner.
Restock and organize products (cakes, bread, snacks) on store shelves and displays.
Monitor store inventory, identify product needs, and build orders for delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle heavy lifting of products as needed during deliveries.




Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules.

Skills
Proven experience in retail merchandising, consumer goods, or direct store delivery is a plus.
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. and perform tasks such as stocking, inventory management, and merchandising.
Active and physically demanding role
Valid full G License for operating delivery vehicles.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Work schedule includes holidays and weekends.
