Overview

We are seeking a professional and dependable Bus and Coach Driver to join our transportation team. This position is for week on week off with the option to have more shifts . This role involves safely transporting passengers over designated routes while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have robust communication skills, mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to safety and maintenance standards. Duties
Safely operate buses and coaches along assigned routes, adhering to traffic laws and company policies
Assist passengers with loading and unloading
Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking mechanical systems, brakes, lights, and tires
Perform routine maintenance tasks or report issues promptly to ensure vehicle safety and reliability
Maintain accurate records of route, Kilometers and Fuel
Communicate effectively with dispatchers
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies during operation

Requirements




Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for passenger transport Class 2
Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with buses or coaches
Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and troubleshooting
Robust communication skills in English for effective interaction with passengers and team members
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to operate vehicles safely in various weather conditions and traffic situations
Knowledge of maintenance procedures or willingness to learn vehicle upkeep practices
Good driving record with a clean background check and adherence to safety standards

This role is vital in providing reliable transportation services while prioritizing passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
