Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations at our hotel. This energetic position combines guest service excellence with administrative precision, providing a welcoming and secure workplace for all guests arriving or departing during the night. As a Night Auditor, you'll be the first point of contact for late-night inquiries, handling front desk responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your proactive approach will help maintain the hotel's reputation for outstanding hospitality while ensuring all overnight procedures run smoothly.

Duties
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude.
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest requests, reservations, and inquiries efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Monitor the front desk area to ensure safety and security, conducting routine checks and surveillance as needed.
Prepare and review daily financial reports, including audit summaries, billing adjustments, and cash handling records to ensure accuracy.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, offering solutions that enhance their stay experience.




Maintain detailed logs of all activities during the shift, including incident reports, guest requests, and operational notes.
Support other hotel departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork in a fast-paced workplace.

Skills
Multilingual or Bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction.
Experience working at a front desk or in hotel operations, preferably with knowledge of multi-line phone systems.
Excellent phone etiquette combined with clear communication skills to handle inquiries professionally.
Familiarity with hotel procedures, guest services, and security protocols to ensure a protected environment.
Ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience in hospitality or related customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
