Job Summary

We are excited to announce the opening of our new Italian restaurant in Stouffville, where we aim to deliver exceptional dining experiences through high-quality cuisine and outstanding service. We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experience.

Duties
To prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to company standard
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking food, drink orders, and making recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Manage cash handling transactions accurately using the POS system.
Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations, including checking IDs for age verification.
Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.

Qualifications




Knowledge of Italian food and beverages
Previous experience in Fine Dining is a must
Solid customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
Knowledge of food safety practices and alcohol regulations is a plus.
Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting
