Medcare Aesthetics Avalon Mall branch is seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facial skincare and beauty treatments, with a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As an Aesthetician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients through personalized treatments and expert advice.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of aesthetic services including facials, brows and lashes, and relaxation massage that are tailored to individual client needs, if willing to be trained , Training will be provided.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' concerns and recommending appropriate treatments.
Engage in upselling services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Build strong relationships with guests through effective communication and hospitality skills.




Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Experience
Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within the Aesthetics industry or medical background , if willing to be trained , training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
A commitment to providing outstanding guest services and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Knowledge of sanitation practices and adherence to health regulations is essential.
