We are looking for an organized and proactive Afternoon Production Team Lead to oversee our production team and ensure smooth operations during the 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM shift.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Workflow: Use the TV systems at each work station to ensure employees are working on the right jobs in the correct sequence, according to due dates.
Assess Performance: Regularly check each worker’s output to ensure they meet the required standards.
Address Bottlenecks: Identify production bottlenecks and collaborate with the Day Team Lead or Management to resolve them quickly.
Quality Assurance: Ensure completed orders are packed and shipped correctly. Match output to the signed art proof for a 100% quality check.
Team Coordination: Reallocate team members to different production tasks to cover absences or vacations as needed.
Shift Hand-off: Complete the handoff from the Day Team Lead and leave detailed notes at the end of the night for the Morning Team Lead to ensure continuity.

Leadership & Accountability: Understand all production processes and hold the team accountable for performance issues that impact production quantity and quality.

Requirements
Solid leadership and communication skills
Ability to problem-solve and identify production inefficiencies
Experience in managing a team in a fast-paced production environment
Attention to detail, especially in quality control and order accuracy

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
