We are currently looking for a candidate experienced on the sit-down propane forklift for our client located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. A valid forklift license is not required.

Shift: 7h30-16h00, monday to friday

Salary: $21.01

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for receiving, loading and unloading product, picking pipe yard orders, restocking pipe yard products and shipping with the use of a hand, mechanical truck or forklift (sit-down propane).
Able to use RF Scanner to locate items in warehouse.
Able to assist other departments if staff needed for basic tasks.
Operate a forklift to place stock in warehouse .
Able to assist team if assistance needed .
Able to pick pipes and place them accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1 year in warehousing or distribution sector.
Forklift license not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and work well in a team setting.
Ability to effectively handle multiple conflicting priorities.
Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time sensitive orders.
Valuable computer skills.
Industry experience and/or product knowledge is an asset.
