Responsibilities
Greet customers and assess their service needs
Create and manage repair orders
Communicate clearly with technicians and customers
Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services
Process payments and maintain service records
Ensure a clean and professional front desk experience

Qualifications
1+ year experience in automotive service or customer service
Solid communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Familiarity with shop management software (e.g., Mitchell, ALLDATA) is a plus




Valid driver’s license preferred
