Job Summary

Responsibilities
Design and create a wide variety of floral arrangements for occasions such as weddings, events, holidays, and everyday gifting
Assist customers by understanding their needs and providing expert recommendations on floral options and accessories
Maintain the freshness and quality of floral inventory through proper handling, storage, and rotation as well as flower processing.
Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays that attract customers and highlight seasonal themes
Handle cash register transactions accurately.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment
Provide excellent customer service . Must be fluent in English.




Proven experience as a floral designer with a strong portfolio of creative arrangements. Certification preferred.
Working knowledge of Funeral work and Wedding Design mandatory.
Front end customer service and familiarity with all aspects of a working flower shop.
Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively
Solid communication skills to engage with customers confidently and collaborate with team members
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organizational skills. Good time management skills a must.
Experience with wire service platforms is advantageous for supporting online sales initiatives

Pay: $18.25-$24.00 per hour
