Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, and other morning favorites with precision and flair
Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety standards and sanitation regulations
Assist in food service by plating dishes attractively and timely for guests or service staff
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment throughout shifts
Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
Support the team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple orders while maintaining quality standards




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of breakfast offerings

Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper handling techniques
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Solid understanding of meal preparation processes specific to breakfast cuisine
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude under pressure
Previous experience working with serving staff or in a food industry workplace is preferred
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality in all aspects of work
