We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Assistant to support the development and education of young children in a energetic classroom environment. The i excellent communication skills in both French and English and be able to work with children in a fast paced environment. This role involves assisting lead teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning space that promotes growth, learning, and social-emotional development. Bilingual abilities in English and French are highly valued to support our diverse student population. Responsibilities
Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities tailored to children's developmental levels
Support children with their individual needs, including those with disabilities or special educational requirements




Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social interaction
Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety at all times
Help with classroom organization, including preparing materials and maintaining cleanliness
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to promote understanding and collaboration
Maybe assigned food preparation duties
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability

Experience
Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is preferred
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is necessary
Solid communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members
Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and adaptability in a dynamic workplace

Pay: $22.80 per hour
