Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to better serve our diverse customer base. The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring smooth operations across departments.

Duties
Greet customers in person and over the phone in a qualified, friendly manner
Schedule repair appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
Communicate repair status updates clearly and accurately to customers
Work closely with estimators, technicians, and management to ensure smooth workflow
Handle basic paperwork, insurance information, and customer records
Process payments and invoices as needed




Maintain a clean and organized front office area
Resolve customer questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism

Experience
Previous customer service experience required (automotive or collision repair experience is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office software
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual language skills are a plus
Qualified appearance and positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
