Duties
Design and implement customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and goals
Provide one-on-one coaching and motivation during training sessions
Monitor client progress and adjust programs accordingly to ensure optimal results
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, safety procedures, and healthy lifestyle habits
Maintain a clean and organized training environment
Track client attendance, progress, and feedback for continuous improvement
Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction
Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications through ongoing education

Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a strong advantage
Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients
Solid teaching ability with patience and adaptability for diverse skill levels
