Hair Inc Academy is a accredited and licensed post secondary institution for hairstylists and barbers. As innovative leaders, our goal is to inspire others with a like minded team of educators and leaders where we provide a new concept way of training future artists. Hair Inc Academy is looking for a part time Teacher for our Edmonton, AB school. The ideal candidate is a positive, kind, energetic, and dedicated individual who enjoys teaching and sharing knowledege and demonstrating valid skills.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:
Teach cosmetology theory and practical skills to students
Teach lesson plans and course materials that align with Alberta provincial cosmetology curriculum requirements
Evaluate and assess student progress, provide feedback and grading




Maintain a safe and clean classroom and salon setting
Ensure compliance with provincial regulations and school policies
Collaborate with other instructors and staff to improve the quality of education as we are always learning new techniques

Requirements:
Valid cosmetology license
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching cosmetology preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of cosmetology techniques, tools, and products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Dependable attendance
Solid communucation in fluent english

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
