Responsibilities:
You are expected to perform all duties associated with the position of Room Attendant, including but not limited to:
Cleaning and servicing guest rooms and suites in accordance with IHG brand standards and provincial health regulations
Replenishing linens, amenities, and supplies
Ensure Guest rooms are cleaned as per the IHG 5-S standard with the allocation of specific time for each room type,
Ensuring all assigned areas are maintained in a clean, protected, and orderly condition
Reporting maintenance deficiencies, safety hazards, or unusual conditions promptly
Following all Company safety protocols, chemical‑handling procedures,
and infection‑control requirements
Maintaining housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in an organized and sanitary manner
Communicating effectively with other departments to support seamless guest service
Performing additional duties as assigned by management
· You are expected to conduct yourself in a qualified manner at all times and uphold the Company’s standards of service and conduct.
