Your Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain qualified appliances at client sites (hospitals, labs, dental offices, restaurants, universities, etc.)
Perform assigned services and repairs, including testing, documentation, and ordering parts
Interpret wiring diagrams and schematics; disassemble components for troubleshooting
Maintain company-provided tools, vehicles, and equipment
Deliver exceptional customer service in a field workplace
Participate in special projects and domestic/international travel as required
What we are looking for
Completion of a technical program or apprenticeship in Electrical/Electronic technology, Mechanical systems, HVAC, or major appliance repair
Minimum 2 years of experience in installation, repair, or maintenance of commercial, medical, or laboratory equipment (preferred)
Valid driver’s license
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and mechanical schematics
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Solid computer literacy for diagnostics and reporting
Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders up to 28 ft
The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 annually. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors that will be considered when extending an offer include but are not limited to education, experience, relevant skills, and alignment with market data.
