Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Health Assistant to support our healthcare team in delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, patient interactions, and clinical support to ensure smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities
Greet patients and assist with check-in procedures to create a welcoming workplace.
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are ready for patient appointments.
Assist chiropractors during patient examinations and treatments as directed.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communications with patients and massage therapy clients.
Handle administrative duties such as answering phones, managing patient files, and processing paperwork.




Educate patients on post-treatment care instructions and answer basic questions related to chiropractic health.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of clinical areas in compliance with health and safety standards.

Experience
Prior experience in a healthcare setting or chiropractic office is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Robust communication skills, professionalism, and a compassionate attitude are essential for success in this role.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with technology is a must

Pay: $21.50-$24.00 per hour
