Wabash MFG Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician to support production flow in our fabrication shop. This hands-on role is responsible for staging and moving materials, supporting Plasma and Waterjet operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, operating material-handling equipment, and helping keep the shop organized, safe, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
Stage and move materials and parts to support daily production priorities
Operate forklifts, zoom-booms, loaders, and overhead cranes (training/certification preferred)
Support Plasma and Waterjet operations by preparing materials, removing cut parts, and maintaining work areas
Track inventory, complete counts, and report discrepancies
Organize material storage areas and monitor material flow to reduce production delays
Perform basic equipment care and report maintenance or safety concerns
Follow all safety procedures and work closely with supervisors and shop staff

Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, material handling,



or a shop workplace is preferred
Forklift, zoom-boom, loader, or overhead crane experience is an asset
Comfortable using computers, inventory systems, and basic data entry
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to safety
Ability to lift, move, and organize materials in a physically active setting
