We’re looking for a Shift Lead / Floor Manager who can lead the room, elevate the guest experience, and support the team during high-energy service.

This is a hands-on leadership role.

You’ll be responsible for:
Leading shifts
Supporting staff
Handling guest issues
Keeping service smooth and elevated

What You’ll Do
Lead shifts and act as the point person during service
Support hosts, servers, and bartenders in real time
Ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience
Handle guest concerns professionally and confidently
Monitor flow of service (simulators, bar, seating)
Jump in wherever needed during busy periods
Maintain team energy, standards, and accountability
Assist with opening/closing procedures





What We’re Looking For
Previous leadership experience in hospitality (Shift Lead, Supervisor, or similar)
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Confident handling of guest situations and complaints
High energy and ability to lead in a rapid-paced environment
Team-first mindset with strong work ethic
Attention to detail and pride in execution
Ability to stay calm under pressure

Availability Requirements
Days, evenings, and weekends required
Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
