We are looking for a qualified, highly self-motivated Purchaser to add to our growing modular building team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials critical to our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate excels in a rapid-paced workplace, balances multiple deadlines simultaneously, and collaborates effectively with production and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for manufacturing materials, tools, and construction supplies.
Source alternative suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing, lead times, and terms.
Maintain meticulous records of purchase orders, inventory levels, and vendor compliance.
Coordinate closely with production supervisors and project managers to align material deliveries with tight construction schedules.
Proactively resolve supply chain disruptions, material shortages, and delivery delays to prevent production downtime.

What We Are Looking For

purchase orders, and inventory data.

Strong Communicator & Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal production teams and external vendors.
Experience: 3+ years of purchasing experience, ideally within construction, manufacturing, modular buildings, or structural assembly environments.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with procurement software and inventory management systems.
