What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
3–5+ years of hands-on experience finishing all types of concrete (commercial structural slabs, basements, driveways, patios, city sidewalks, garage pads, and more)
Proven ability to confidently lead and run a placing & finishing crew of 4–5 people
100% comfortable and highly skilled operating a power trowel to achieve smooth, durable finishes
Robust pride in workmanship — you don’t cut corners and you stand behind every job
Willingness to jump in and assist with form work, rebar placement, and base preparation when the project demands it
