Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality dishes and thrives in a refined fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and present menu items with consistency, following established recipes, presentation & brand standards
Uphold the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness and food safety
Follow proper food handling practices, including FIFO (First In, First Out) methods
Receive and store deliveries in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
Accurately complete required documentation, including heating and cooling logs, temperature logs and cleaning logs
Maintain an organized, clean and efficient workstation
Monitor and maintain line coolers to ensure proper stock levels and freshness
Follow all health and safety requirements at all times
Execute opening and closing shift procedures in line with kitchen standards
Collaborate closely with the culinary and restaurant team to ensure a seamless service experience




Robust attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including standing for extended periods, bending and lifting
A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Chef
