We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience working with various types of heavy equipment.

Duties
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on heavy equipment
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication
Making hydraulic hoses along with various Hydraulic device repairs
Use power tools and hand tools to disassemble and reassemble components
Read and interpret equipment schematics and technical manuals
Weld and fabricate parts as needed
Conduct inspections to identify worn or damaged parts
Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment as required

Experience
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair heavy equipment
Experience working with dealership or heavy equipment industry preferred
Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment




Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks related to the job
Familiarity with welding techniques for metal fabrication
Class One drivers license considered an asset

Pay: $28.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
