As a Audit/Canteen Supervisor and Front Desk Agent, you will be essential in ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff while providing outstanding customer service. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, your core skills in hospitality and front desk operations will be vital in managing guest inquiries and maintaining a welcoming environment. With a focus on effective communication and guest services, you will contribute to a secure and enjoyable experience for all visitors at our hotel.

Candidate must be willing and able to work overnight, day and weekends as it is a requirement of the position. Auditor/Canteen Supervisor is responsible for balancing daily transactions in addition to Breakfast set-up and ensuring all standards are followed for food safety protocols. High level of customer service, multitasking, and communication skills are assets to this position.

Preferred Skills:
Robust leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of hotel front office and night audit procedures
Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS)
Basic accounting and reconciliation skills




Food Safe certification (or equivalent)
Inventory and cost control experience
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively in a hospitality workplace
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest services best practices

Some shifts may contain evening security shifts (Thursday, Friday & Saturday – 9pm-6am with start and end times adaptable depending on occupancy of the hotel). Only RELIABLE applicants please.
