Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook. The candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. This role offers an opportunity to work in a quick-paced restaurant environment, contributing to the creation of delicious meals and providing excellent food service to our guests. Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to restaurant recipes and standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
Handle food safely, following all food handling and sanitation procedures
Assist with plating dishes for service, ensuring timely delivery to customers
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, cooking equipment, and storage areas
Support other kitchen staff during busy periods and collaborate as part of a cohesive team
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and workplace safety




Assist in inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs

Experience
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience in serving or working directly with customers is a plus
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Pay: $17.60-$24.00 per hour
